• Handle booking inquiries for the product range.
• Provide service-oriented advice to direct customers and travel agency partners.
• Respond to various inquiries regarding products, catalogs, and website.

• Support customer service activities.

Requirements

• Ideally, a solid education in tourism or hospitality at the Matura level.
• Experience in direct customer interaction in a travel agency is preferred.
• Career changers or relevant work experience (e.g., commercial training with Matura) are welcome.
• Excellent German and very good English skills, along with MS Office knowledge.
• High service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people.
• Engagement, teamwork, and organizational talent are essential.
