M&A Manager (Value Preservation) - Remote

Overview

Kyivstar is seeking an M&A Manager to scout opportunities, manage the M&A process, and integrate post-merger activities within the Business Development Office team.

In Short

• Conduct continuous market-based research and track valuation trends.
• Scouting M&A opportunities to enhance competitive positions.
• Establish and cultivate networking relevant to M&A.
• Engage potential targets in M&A deals or strategic partnerships.
• Build business cases and perform company valuations.
• Analyze transaction risks and develop mitigation measures.
• Advise management on business cases and due diligence.
• Prepare management presentations and transaction documents.
• Participate in post-merger integration planning.
• Manage teams of internal and external consultants.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in energy projects, investment banking, or M&A consulting.
• Strong quantitative, cash flow modeling, and valuation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid project management experience with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong personal integrity and ethical standards.
• Fluent in English.
