Business Assurance Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Business Assurance Data Analyst to join our Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management team. Our department processes hundreds of millions of records daily, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of telecom business operations. You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, detecting anomalies, developing predictive models, and optimizing revenue streams through data-driven insights.

In Short

• Analyze large-scale data sets to identify revenue leakages and fraud patterns.
• Develop and implement machine learning models for anomaly detection.
• Optimize SQL queries for high-performance data extraction.
• Work with Python for data processing and statistical analysis.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards in MS Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Jira and Confluence.
• Utilize AWS services for cloud-based data storage and processing.
• Strong SQL proficiency required.
• Experience with machine learning and anomaly detection tools.
• Understanding of telecom data structures is a plus.
