Family Preservation Case Manager - Remote

Overview

The Family Preservation Case Manager meets with children involved with DCFS and their families to assess and identify needs, establish goals, and link them to necessary services for safety and stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Services.
• Minimum of two years related experience.
• CWEL licensed.
• Valid State Driver’s License and insurance.
• Must obtain IL driver’s license if relocating.
