In Short

• Position involves meeting clients, typically adults discharged from state hospitals or residing in assisted living.
• Provide medical assessments and support Nurse Practitioner’s care plans.
• Complete medication reviews and link clients to medical providers.
• Work weekdays with occasional evenings/weekends, on-call 1-4 times a year.
• Travel monthly to Snohomish and North Pierce counties.
• Flexible daytime/evening schedule with remote/community work.

• Requires Washington RN license and psychiatric nursing coursework.
• 1+ years of experience with psychiatric populations preferred.
• Intermediate PC skills and strong clinical/communication skills required.

• 1+ years’ experience with psychiatric clients.
• Intermediate PC skills and strong clinical/communication skills.
• Ability to travel within counties to see patients.
• Pass state and federal background checks with reliable transportation.
• Preferred experience in community clinics or residential treatment.
