Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Psychiatric Research Institute (PRI) provides effective direct care to patients and works as part of an interdisciplinary team.

• Provide direct care to psychiatric patients.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Work under the supervision of the Clinical Services Manager.
• Maintain patient care standards.
• Complete conflict management training within six months.
• Must have valid RN license in Arkansas.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience required.
• Participate in educational opportunities and training.
• Work in various inpatient units.
• Position is temporary with limited hours.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current and valid Registered Nurse License in Arkansas.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong work ethic and accountability.
• Preferred: 2 or more years of RN experience.
• Must be capable of using personal protective equipment.
• Must complete pre-employment screenings.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to seek and provide feedback for clinical improvement.
