UX Writer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a person who will create content for the JET Contact Center application, a web interface for Kyivstar contact center employees, helping to serve around a million subscribers each month.

In Short

• Design content for user tasks (from headings, forms, and buttons to transactional emails and instructions)
• Explain complex concepts in simple words
• Research the effectiveness and clarity of interface texts
• Work with the product's tone and voice
• Prepare release notes
• Dive deep into the product, understand its advantages and disadvantages
• Collaborate with PO, analysts, designers, developers, and the contact center team
• Focus on user needs and strive to solve their problems

Requirements

• Fluent in Ukrainian
• Experience as a UX writer/content designer in a product company for over 2 years
• Ability to work with analytics and usability services
• Experience with any CMS
• Basic knowledge of interface design services (Figma or others)
• Familiarity with user research
• Willingness to work within the Scrum methodology
• Eager to learn and apply new knowledge in practice
