Solutions Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Consultant (SC) at Kustomer is responsible for all technical, solution, and competitive aspects of the sales cycle, working closely with Sales teams to deliver appropriate solutions and establish credibility with customers.

In Short

• Work closely with Sales teams and product management.
• Evangelize Kustomer platform value to customers.
• Conduct business requirements assessment.
• Develop technical sales strategies.
• Configure and demonstrate solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Map RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions.
• Scope and manage customer pilots and Proof of Concepts.
• Influence new product development.
• Handle sensitive personal data.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software selling experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in CRM, Contact Center or Customer Service.
• Knowledge of web/scripting technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
• Traveling for 30 to 50 percent of the time may be required.
