Overview

As a Backend Software Engineer on the Custody team at Kraken, you will contribute to the transformation of the digital assets industry by collaborating with skilled engineers and cryptographers to build secure and efficient applications.

In Short

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a backend developer.
• Proficiency in Rust, C++, or Go.
• Experience with Blockchain daemons like Bitcoind, Litecoind.
• Strong foundation in cryptographic concepts.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and GNU/Linux.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming.
• Experience with distributed systems and messaging platforms like Kafka.
• Familiarity with security compliance.
• Knowledge of scalable application design principles.
