US Compliance Specialist - Remote

Overview

As Kpler continues to scale, the requirement to build strong and efficient processes is essential to delivering a seamless experience for our Legal, Risk & Compliance (LRC) function. We are seeking a US Compliance Specialist to manage and streamline our due diligence response process while supporting the ongoing optimisation of LRC systems, tools, and workflows.

In Short

• Coordinate Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) with Compliance team members.
• Support compliance with US federal, state, and public sector requirements.
• Maintain Kpler’s SAM.gov registration and compliance.
• Conduct research related to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
• Maintain and optimise workflows across LRC systems.
• Organise and manage support pathways for LRC requests.
• Conduct legal and compliance research on laws and regulations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems.
• Support LRC processes including reporting and audit preparation.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to improve systems.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a Paralegal, Compliance, or Legal Support role.
• Experience with due diligence and DDQ processes.
• Familiarity with US and Canadian regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing compliance portals and registrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Hands-on experience with legal and compliance systems.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders.
• Experience in a global, multi-jurisdictional organisation is a plus.
