Overview

The Compliance Specialist is responsible for managing compliance processes to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements while providing support to the company and its affiliates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 3-5 years of compliance experience required.
  • Law degree or graduate degree is a plus.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Good understanding of industry practices.
  • Proficient with compliance tools and systems.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Basic conflict resolution skills.
