Enterprise Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

This position focuses on the operational aspects of sales management including coordination and completion of Competitive Reviews and RFPs, profit analysis, implementation, reporting and review.

In Short

• Responsible for submitting RFPs and Competitive Reviews for large customers.
• Collaborate with internal customers to gather requirements and identify issues.
• Create financial models and prepare savings reports.
• Develop reports from databases for management decision-making.
• Document and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Communicate business results and operational analyses to management.
• Act as a project manager and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and oversee the work of Enterprise Operations Specialists.
• Participate in special projects as required.
• Track business metrics and service level agreements.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of related professional experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related discipline preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot tables.
• Analytical and organizational skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct price/cost savings reports.
• Basic understanding of industry practices.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with sales force and upper management.
