Full-Cycle Recruiter - Remote

Overview

This position is responsible for serving as a strategic talent partner to DSOs and multi-practice dental organizations, leading full-cycle recruitment for clinical and operational roles.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and operational roles.
• Build market-specific hiring strategies.
• Provide data-driven insights to elevate talent outcomes.
• Conduct detailed intake sessions with hiring leaders.
• Run multi-channel recruitment campaigns.
• Conduct screening and assessments for candidates.
• Deliver weekly pipeline reviews and KPI updates.
• Ensure accurate documentation in ATS systems.
• Represent the company at dental conferences.
• Track state-specific licensure and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in recruiting.
• Experience with programmatic job advertising.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build partnerships at all levels.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Master's degree or industry certifications are a plus.
