Overview

SentiLink is looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter to help scale the company by hiring exceptional talent across various functions, including engineering and data science.

In Short

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and build recruiting strategies.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source and engage high-caliber candidates through various channels.
• Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance.
• Provide coaching to hiring teams on interview practices and process improvements.
• Contribute to the growth of recruiting programs and employer brand.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth startup or tech environment.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles like software engineering and data science.
• Comfort with ATS and sourcing tools, ideally Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
• Willingness to travel ~6 times per year for company events.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside within the country.
