Overview

The Compliance Specialist will assist with ensuring CV3 is complying with all required application and disclosure procedures, with a focus on regulatory compliance.

In Short

• Reviews loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Assists in the completion of federal and state disclosures.
• Conducts compliance reviews according to the origination manual.

• Supports the creation of Disclosure Department policies.
• Ensures alignment of loan origination systems with regulatory imperatives.
• Maintains required turn times for the Disclosure Desk.
• Maintains quality service standards.
• Advises management on application/file inconsistencies.
• Handles confidential and sensitive information.

Requirements

• Associate degree in business or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial services.
• 1-2 years of compliance experience in real estate lending.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to research and report results.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with personal accountability.
