Requirements

  • 3+ years customer success experience in relevant industries.
  • Experience with a portfolio of large clients.
  • Outgoing and client-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Empathic and attentive to customer needs.
  • Ownership of projects and client care.
  • Experience with APIs and technical concepts is advantageous.
