• Manage and streamline due diligence response processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional input for DDQ responses.
• Maintain templates and document repositories for DDQs.
• Optimize workflows across LRC systems such as Jira.
• Act as LRC’s subject matter expert for ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with IT to implement system improvements.
• Organize support pathways for LRC team members.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems.
• Support LRC processes including reporting and audit preparation.
• Maintain a secure database of legal and compliance documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Proven experience as a Paralegal.
• Knowledge of IT/computer science is an asset.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira.
• Proactive communication skills in English.
• Adaptable and motivated to learn.
