Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at CoLab, you will lead the post-sale customer journey for a portfolio of our largest Enterprise customers, focusing on driving measurable business results and product adoption.

In Short

  • Own adoption, satisfaction, and retention metrics for Enterprise and Key accounts
  • Build and execute Customer Success Plans tied to business impact
  • Execute onboarding plans in collaboration with Customer Engineering Advisors
  • Maintain strategic relationships across customer stakeholders
  • Lead executive business reviews to demonstrate CoLab usage impact
  • Coach customers to take ownership of outcomes
  • Manage project timelines and implementation milestones
  • Identify and resolve adoption blockers
  • Collaborate with Sales on growth strategy and account planning
  • Contribute to scalable Customer Success programs

Requirements

  • 4-6 years in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with technical customer personas
  • Knowledge of customer journey orchestration in high-ACV SaaS
  • Strong storytelling and executive presence
  • Proven success in driving product adoption
  • Highly organized and proactive
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
