• We’re hiring a Product Engineer, AI & Internal Tooling to build tools and applications that enhance productivity.
• This is the first hire on a new team focused on internal enablement.
• You’ll work across the stack, building dashboards, tooling applications, and AI-powered agents.
• We seek a builder with a product mindset who proactively solves problems.
• This role offers high autonomy and the chance to ship solutions quickly.
• You’ll help set direction and standards for the internal tooling team.
• Apply frameworks like Langchain & Pydantic to develop smart tools.
• Use a variety of technologies including React, AWS, and Python.

• Collaborate with various teams to understand and solve internal challenges.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a fullstack or generalist engineer.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with agentic apps and tools like Langchain.
• Comfortable with Retool, Zapier, n8n, and AWS Lambda.
• Strong product sense and a self-directed mindset.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
