Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in strategic partnerships and business development.
  • Experience managing complex public sector partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of California’s behavioral health landscape.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and communication skills.
  • Data-driven and outcomes-oriented approach.
  • Skilled in relationship building and stakeholder influence.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
  • Experience in narrative storytelling based on evidence.
