Kooku Recruiting is a full-service recruiting agency that advises companies across various industries on filling white-collar vacancies without high headhunter fees. Our goal is to secure 2-3 new client appointments each week to continue our growth!

In Short

  • Lead research and initial contact: Identify relevant companies, conduct structure and contact person research, proactively reach out via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Appointment generation: 2-3 qualified conversations per week for our team (management and specialist recruiters).
  • Consultative approach instead of hard-selling: Build understanding of client needs and present suitable recruiting solutions.
  • CRM & processes: Maintain and further develop our automated workflows in HubSpot, regular reporting to management.
  • Team collaboration: Close exchange with recruiters, independent project work, and potential to advance to Sales Manager or even Head of Sales.

Requirements

  • B2B Sales experience: At least 1-2 years (SDR, Inside Sales, Business Development) – preferably in an agency or recruiting environment.
  • Soft skills: Open, honest, goal-oriented – with a professional demeanor and no aggressive mentality.
  • Strong communication skills: Enjoy cold calling, confident on the phone and in emails; fluent German (C1/C2), good English (B2).
  • Tool affinity: Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and possibly Cognism; enjoy working with data & processes.
  • Structure & reliability: Timely follow-ups, clean documentation, clear organization.
  • Curiosity & willingness to learn: Eager to further develop our sales processes and try new things.
