Requirements

• Experience in payroll processing.
• Knowledge of collective agreements, preferably in the public sector.
• Understanding of retirement models and calculations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• IT understanding and technology affinity.
• Ability to work independently and methodically.
• Fluent in German (C1+).
