KIDICAP® represents a modern web app platform for all areas of human capital management and all company sizes. We employ around 200 staff and continue to grow.

To strengthen the Professional Services department, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

In Short

• Consultation, design, monitoring, and execution of digitalization projects for the introduction of KIDICAP software in the public sector.
• Responsible for all project phases from project initiation to planning, execution, controlling, and closure.
• Organizational consulting for clients during the introduction and rollout of KIDICAP apps.
• Support in configuring training and workshops.
• Coordinate communication with the client and involved sub-projects.
• Close collaboration with the agile software development team.
• Support the product development team in implementing new requirements and functionalities.

Requirements

• Completed commercial/technical training or a university degree.
• Project experience with clients or departments and professional responsibility for project management.
• Certification in project methodology (preferably Prince2Agile) or willingness to obtain it.
• Desirable: Experience in project management in the public sector or social area.
• Structured and analytical working style.
• High empathy and appreciative communication skills.
• Language: German (C1+).
