The Gesellschaft für innovative Personalwirtschaftssysteme mbH is a leading software manufacturer for state, public, and social employers in Germany. Our product KIDICAP® has been on the market for 40 years and is currently used by around 25,000 organizations as a cloud service.

KIDICAP® represents a modern web app platform for all areas of Human Capital Management and all company sizes. We employ around 200 people and are continuing to grow.

To strengthen the Professional Services department, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

In Short

• Consultation, design, monitoring, and execution of digitalization projects for the introduction of the KIDICAP software in the public sector
• Responsibility for all project phases from project initiation to planning, execution, controlling, and closure
• Organizational consultation for clients during the introduction and rollout of KIDICAP apps like travel management or digital personnel files
• Support in configuring training and workshops
• Coordination of communication with clients and involved sub-projects
• Close collaboration with the agile software development team
• Support the product development team in implementing new requirements and functionalities

Requirements

• A completed commercial/technical training or a university degree
• Several years of experience in leading complex software implementation projects
• Proven management of projects with a scope of at least 500-1000 person-days or comparable size
• Ability to take a "bird's eye view," recognize interdependencies, and coordinate multiple (sub-)projects
• Solid knowledge in (multi-)project management and confident handling of PM methods, tools, and reporting structures (ideally Prince2Agile certification or willingness to obtain it)
• Experience with project management in the public sector or social sector and knowledge of relevant structures and regulations is an advantage
• Structured and analytical working style
• Experience in stakeholder management, high empathy, and a respectful communication ability
• Language: German (C1+)
