Digitalization Project Manager (m/f/d) Photovoltaics - Remote

Overview

As a Digitalization Project Manager, you will not only accompany but actively shape projects in a sustainably oriented corporate group with flat structures and real impact. This growing company in the field of renewable energies seeks support in digitalization management – hands-on with real projects, responsibility, and perspective.

In Short

• Plan, manage, and accompany the introduction and further development of digital systems.
• Analyze requirements, develop smart, practical solutions, and implement them with teams.
• Train employees on new tools, support digital processes, and be the first point of contact for automation topics.
• Network various tools, initiate automation processes, and be an active part of the digital transformation.
• Work closely with management and key decision-makers to further develop the digital strategy of the corporate group.
• Visit partner companies on-site, typically for a maximum of two days per assignment.

Requirements

• A completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial experience in IT projects, process optimization, or digitalization initiatives.
• A good technical understanding of software, interfaces, cloud systems, databases, and process logic.
• Experience or understanding of backend systems – programming knowledge is a plus but not a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and digital tools (e.g., process automation, analysis tools).
• Very good German skills, good English skills, and willingness to travel for occasional assignments at partner companies (nationwide, no regular business trips).
