Overview

The Payroll Product Specialist will be instrumental in launching payroll products in new countries, ensuring compliance with local tax legislation, and leading the implementation process.

In Short

• Lead payroll product implementation and expansion in new countries.
• Analyze advisory packs for legislative compliance.
• Define and document functional and legislative build requirements.
• Identify and escalate new system requirements.
• Manage task delivery and communicate delays.
• Collaborate to create specifications for payroll calculations.
• Ensure product delivery aligns with country-specific requirements.
• Work with BAs and QA for compliance standards.
• Document and create training materials for country builds.
• Conduct post-deployment meetings with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll configuration.
• Ability to analyze and interpret information from Advisory.
• Experience in back-end configuration is advantageous.
• Understanding of Payroll elements and codes.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience with a report writing tool is advantageous.
• Understanding of country-specific legislative concepts.
