Sales Strategy and Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

Kong is looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you’ll be a trusted business partner and the glue that connects sales teams with the broader organization, advocating for and advising the AMS GTM Leadership team.

In Short

• Define & execute the go-to-market strategy for the AMS team.
• Own and execute strategic initiatives across sales, marketing, product, and finance.
• Partner with leadership to design and implement the AMS GTM structure.
• Provide data-driven decision making and operational excellence.
• Lead execution of the operating cadence within the theater.
• Collaborate with counterparts in EMEA & APJ.
• Support sales leadership with content preparation for management reporting.
• Drive CRM accuracy and pipeline analytics for AMS teams.
• Participate in meetings with various teams to address issues and drive change.
• Create initiatives with impact on revenue.

Requirements

• Experience with SFDC, Clari, Outreach, Zoominfo.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong customer service attitude and ability to work independently.
• 5-8 years of relevant business experience in strategy or operations.
• BA/BS in a quantitative field; MBA is a plus.
