The Regulatory Compliance Manager at KOHO will help build compliance frameworks and programs to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, supporting the mission to democratize finance.

• Design and implement the Regulatory Compliance Management framework.
• Build compliance operations infrastructure and lead core activities.
• Monitor and interpret OSFI guidelines and ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Design and deliver compliance training programs.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments.
• Serve as a point of contact for regulatory inquiries.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory findings.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in a compliance role within a financial institution.
• Proven experience building compliance frameworks.
• In-depth understanding of Canadian financial regulations.
• Familiarity with fintech operations is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CAMS or CRCM are advantageous.
