Overview

The Business Development Manager for Fleet & Heavy Duty is responsible for expanding sales in Fleet and Government accounts, executing strategic initiatives, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales and account management experience.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
  • Strong sales acumen and customer focus.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep product knowledge of Fleet and Heavy-Duty offerings.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
  • Effective communication and motivational skills.
  • Physical ability to perform job requirements including lifting.
