In Short

  • You will be responsible for supporting the development of a new market in the US.
  • Own, refine, and implement a US-specific go-to-market strategy.
  • Oversee US sales initiatives and farmer engagement activities.
  • Lead key projects in regenerative supply chain transformation.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performance sales and consulting team.
  • Drive revenue growth and maintain financial accountability.
  • Collaborate with the global team on product adaptation for the US market.
  • Build strategic partnerships to expand client and farmer networks.
  • Represent Klim at US industry events.
  • Conduct regular market research to track trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the US.
  • Strong track record in enterprise sales and experience in dynamic environments.
  • Solid expertise in the US food/agricultural market with a strong network.
  • Demonstrated capacity for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage relationships effectively.
  • Knowledge of local market trends, key players, and regulations.
  • Understanding of value-based, consultative sales approaches.
  • Proficient in negotiating contracts and pricing strategies.
  • Technical knowledge in sustainability and climate change.
