Overview

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the enterprise group dental practice space (70+ locations). This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.

In Short

  • Manage a sales pipeline and consult with enterprise group practice prospects.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to engage and win enterprise dental group accounts.
  • Prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close deals with large dental organizations.
  • Engage with C-suite executives to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Research market trends and analyze competitive landscapes.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and manage contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Monitor performance and report on pipeline health.
  • Be self-motivated and drive results independently.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-growth sales environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a high-growth, enterprise, or SaaS environment.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling to multi-location businesses or healthcare organizations.
  • Understanding of sales methodology (MEDDIC preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in sales technology (LinkedIn, Outreach, Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated and collaborative.
  • Legally authorized to work permanently in the US.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
