Overview

As the Patient Experience Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end experience that patients have with our subscription platform, from initial marketing communication to renewal and winback. Your success will be measured by membership participation, upsell, renewals, winbacks, and satisfaction. The ideal candidate is results-driven with a strong passion for analytics, storytelling, and building valuable and memorable experiences. You will lead a key growth initiative focused on creating a compelling patient experience that drives patient adoption and satisfaction with our healthcare subscription platform.

In Short

  • Define and execute the patient experience roadmap within our SaaS platform.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive patient experiences.
  • Gather and analyze patient data and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure clear messaging.
  • Select and refine tools for patient engagement programs.
  • Conduct testing to determine effective patient segments and messages.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of patient campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient privacy laws.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in consumer or patient marketing.
  • 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS product development and agile methodologies.
  • Track record of developing and measuring marketing programs.
  • Passion for analyzing data and measuring product effectiveness.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with marketing and sales automation systems.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
