In Short

• Lead initiatives to maintain high customer experience and efficiency.
• Develop Trust & Safety strategy focused on incident response and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders on Trust & Safety improvements.
• Maintain reporting & analytics to measure member experience.
• Identify risks and vulnerabilities and implement solutions.
• Monitor policy-related performance trends for effectiveness.
• Ensure timely incident support and resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business operations.
• Track record in driving efficiency and customer experience improvements.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Reporting & analytical skills with SQL proficiency preferred.
• Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
