Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in a quantitative role.
• Expert in SQL and proficient in Python or R.
• Experience with BI tools like Mode, Metabase, or Looker.
• Understanding of quasi-experimental design and causal inference.
• Experience building and analyzing marketing funnels.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity.
