Requirements

  • At least 6 months of homeowners insurance experience.
  • Prior sales experience in insurance or other industries.
  • Active P&C licensure in your state of residence.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record in sales and negotiation.
  • Self-motivated with results-oriented focus.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and telephone software.
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred).
  • Bonus: Licensed in California or Surplus Lines License.
