Overview

The Senior Customer Business Partner (Sr. CBP) is a critical member of the team accountable for building, selling, and executing joint business plans that deliver the objectives of the Kimberly-Clark Adult & Feminine Care business with Albertson’s.

In Short

  • Collaboratively build the Kimberly-Clark AFC and Albertson’s customer business plan.
  • Sell and negotiate to gain alignment on plans.
  • Execute and manage delivery of the Customer Business Plan.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in CPG or retailer roles.
  • Proficiency in customer development and trade management.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of forecasting and supply chain processes.
  • Strong record of exceeding sales objectives.
  • Digital commerce experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data for business insights.
  • Experience in mentoring and employee development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
