Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher in Consumer Science, Product Development, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in personal care products or CPG.
  • Proven ability in competitive analysis and product benchmarking.
  • Experience in cost optimization and market understanding.
  • Track record of leading technical teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
