Overview

As a Product Support Engineer, you will own relationships with all our customers based in the Americas while working closely with a local growing GTM team as well as our Europe-based Product team.

In Short

  • Help business clients understand the staking process and how to use Kiln's staking services effectively.
  • Address client inquiries related to staking and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Communicate new features and updates to the staking platform.
  • Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of staking-related information.
  • 3+ years of technical customer support experience in a B2B software company.
  • Proven experience with API troubleshooting and software implementation.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and resolve support tickets effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills across all channels.
  • 1+ year of experience in web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency.
  • Native English speaker.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-growing startup is a plus.
  • Experience with Postman or another API testing tool is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Personal experience with staking cryptocurrency is a plus.
