Overview

We are seeking a Korean Customer Support Agent to respond to inquiries from players of famous games in Korean. This role is part of the player engagement department at Keywords Studios, a major game service provider.

In Short

  • Respond to inquiries via email or chat.
  • Handle questions from players of assigned games.
  • Check logs and data using management tools.
  • Escalate issues to supervisors or clients when necessary.
  • Create and update documentation as needed.
  • Prepare reports and daily logs.
  • Translate inquiries and documents as required.
  • Engage in internal communication in Japanese.
  • Work in a casual and diverse environment.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Korean.
  • Good communication skills in Japanese.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Familiarity with gaming is preferred.
