Overview

As an English & Japanese Customer Support Agent, you will serve as the essential link between our clients and the gaming community, providing support and feedback to enhance player experiences.

In Short

• Deliver excellent customer support to players.
• Investigate and resolve player inquiries promptly through ticketing, email, or chat.
• Assist internal teams with project-related requests.
• Gather and deliver player feedback to developers.
• Provide translations as needed.
• Maintain accurate reports and streamline processes.

• Master gameplay knowledge of products.
• Work full-time, including weekends.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Mastery in C1-C2 level English and JLPT N2 (B2) level Japanese.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility and accountability in handling inquiries.
• Proactivity in addressing player concerns.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with community platforms (e.g., Discord, Slack) is an asset.
