As a Partner Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our platform while fostering strong client relationships.

• Manage 150-250 client partners for successful platform adoption.
• Collaborate with the Partner Success team to achieve client goals.
• Create data-driven narratives to enhance client engagement.
• Maintain regular communication to understand client needs.
• Advocate for clients' needs with the Product team.
• Develop client retention strategies and processes.
• Provide frontline support and resolve client issues.
• Deliver weekly updates on client satisfaction and retention.
• Promote Key Data’s vision within the vacation rental community.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in vacation rental or hotel revenue management.
• Data-driven mindset focused on client growth.
• Proactive in ensuring client satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite and CRM programs.
