Overview

The Partnership Success Manager is responsible for maintaining and managing the performance of our partner relationships, cultivating and expanding partnerships nationwide, and driving partnership adoption and success.

In Short

  • Remote roles available in the US (except Hawaii, Alaska, Montana, or any US Territories).
  • Minimum of 5 years of account management experience or equivalent in complex sales.
  • Proficiency in presenting complex data to senior leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities required.
  • Real Estate experience is a plus.
  • Develop and maintain understanding of Opendoor partnership offerings.
  • Foster strong partner relationships through regular communication.
  • Collaborate with leadership on performance management strategies.
  • Engage with leaders to analyze partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead presentations to external partners about performance and benefits.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management or complex sales experience.
  • Ability to articulate business tradeoffs effectively.
  • Strong independent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in real estate is preferred.
  • Proven ability to present data and analysis to leadership.
