Overview

As a Partner Success Manager at Benifex, you’ll be the driving force behind executing and optimizing gross campaigns in our growing Marketplace, managing partners, coordinating with clients, and ensuring operational excellence across every touchpoint.

In Short

  • Coordinate and execute gross campaigns, ensuring smooth operation before, during, and after launch.
  • Act as the key liaison between partners and clients, managing orders, terminations, and system updates.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to develop scalable, market-specific solutions.
  • Support Marketplace growth by improving processes and automating workflows.
  • Troubleshoot partner-related issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and KPIs aligned with company OKRs.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish and English.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong background in roles involving high levels of coordination and administrative responsibility.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role supporting and resolving technical client issues.
  • Experience working with platforms and maintaining accuracy.
  • Comfortable navigating platforms and optimizing partner experiences at scale.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or gross campaign environments is desirable.
