Project Manager (18-month FTC) - Remote

Overview

As a Project Manager at Benifex, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

In Short

• Own a portfolio of ~15 customer projects.
• Plan, implement, and track customer projects.
• Adhere to internal audit standards.
• Create detailed project plans.
• Manage issues, risks, and project changes.
• Deliver clear project documentation.
• Establish communication schedules.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Work with a supportive team of PMs.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies (PME, PMP, Prince 2).
• Experience in delivering multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Experience with system integration projects.
• Proactive in driving improvements.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Knowledge of project management tools.
