Overview

Opendoor is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Enablement Leader to empower our internal and external sales teams with the tools, training, content, and processes they need to execute on our company strategy.

In Short

  • Design, implement, and manage the overall sales enablement strategy.
  • Partner with sales and brokerage leadership to identify gaps in enablement.
  • Create structured onboarding programs for new sales hires.
  • Deliver ongoing training focused on sales methodology and product knowledge.
  • Facilitate training sessions in various formats.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a resource to close deals and coach sales teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral.
  • Analyze sales metrics and report on program success.
  • Empower teams to replicate successful sales behaviors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement or sales operations.
  • Experience in Real Estate or Property Technology.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
