In Short

  • Proactively manage and build customer relationships and deliver an excellent service to them.
  • Deliver exceptional sales coordination and follow-up to create a smooth customer journey.
  • Enhance customer service standards and refine sales support processes.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate the resolution of any complaints.
  • Manage stock and sales forecasting to maintain customer service levels.
  • Handle general sales administration including order processing and price file maintenance.
  • Prepare presentations and collect market data.
  • Assist with new product development processes.
  • Contribute to the sales/order closing process with existing accounts.
  • Prepare monthly/weekly reports for the commercial team.
  • Coordinate and manage continuous improvement projects within the team.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback.
  • Proficiency in sales administration and order processing.
  • Experience with stock management and sales forecasting.
  • Project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the UK.
