Overview

This position is for a versatile and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support the implementation of ServiceNow’s Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules for a federal client.

In Short

• Support implementation of ServiceNow HAM/SAM modules.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions.
• Serve as Scrum Master for the delivery team.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Own the HAM/SAM story backlog.
