Business Analyst / Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

VetsEZ is seeking a Business Analyst/ Scrum Master to be a part of a remote team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. The ideal candidate will lead and facilitate Agile practices to ensure efficient team collaboration and smooth project delivery.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end requirement gathering activities.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and proactively identify and remove impediments.
• Analyze complex business problems and recommend IT solutions.
• Support high-quality software delivery practices using BDD/TDD.
• Work cross-functionally with developers and UX/UI designers.
• Promote Agile best practices and coach team members.
• Monitor team performance using Agile metrics.
• Manage team communication and update documentation.
• Support procurement planning and remain flexible.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master.
• Proficient in Agile frameworks including SAFe and Kanban.
• Strong analytical skills in conducting research and eliciting requirements.
• Experience in designing wireframes and iterative prototypes.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 and Atlassian/ServiceNow environments.
• Excellent communication abilities for documentation and briefings.
• Experience in onboarding and mentoring team members.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
