Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum) - Remote

Overview

As a Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum), you will help scope, define, design, and deliver solutions that provide business outcomes and will serve as a facilitator between the IT Global Delivery Team and Business Stakeholders.

In Short

• Work in continuous delivery mode, analyzing, testing and delivering features iteratively.
• Demonstrate Agile processes and principles for effective delivery.
• Define the project's detailed scope with the Product Manager and Scrum Master.
• Create, refine, and maintain user stories and associated deliverables.
• Guide conversations on sizing stories and choosing stories for sprints.
• Work with stakeholders to test user stories.
• Provide coaching for junior resources.
• Ensure understanding of Agile ceremonies and expectations.
• Facilitate meetings at multiple organizational levels.
• Remove blockers for teams and act as a champion for cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools.
• Proficient with user stories, Scrum, Kanban, and related Agile techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Experience with tools like Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence.
• Experience in optimizing team effectiveness in an Agile framework.
• Experience moderating team dynamics.
• Experience in facilitating meetings at multiple levels.
