Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum) - Remote

Overview

As a Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum), you will help scope, define, design and deliver solutions that provide business outcomes and will serve as a facilitator between the IT Global Delivery Europe Team and Business Stakeholders.

In Short

• Work in continuous delivery mode, analyzing, testing, and delivering features iteratively.
• Consistently demonstrate Agile processes and principles for effective delivery.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining user stories and associated deliverables.
• Provide guidance on sizing stories and determining technical details.
• Work with the Product Owner on defining acceptance criteria.
• Test user stories with business stakeholders.
• Guide the team on Agile development methodology.
• Provide coaching for junior resources.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools.
• Proficient with user stories and Scrum techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in requirement gathering and process modeling.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Certification in Business Analysis is advantageous.
